Description
This session introduces leaders to Social Leadership as a modern leadership capability — not a marketing activity and not a social media tactic.
In today’s environment, leaders are visible whether they choose to be or not. What they say, what they share, and what they stand for shapes trust with employees, clients, and stakeholders. Social Leadership is about owning that influence with intention, integrity, and clarity.
In this 120-minute introductory session, participants explore what Social Leadership really means, why it has become a core leadership responsibility, and how it connects to trust, credibility, and long-term impact.
The session introduces the three core tenets of Social Leadership:
-
Social Representation – what you stand for and how your values are expressed
-
Social Responsibility – how leadership expectations extend beyond the organisation
-
Social Participation – how presence and engagement build influence and trust
This session is designed to create awareness, spark reflection, and establish a clear foundation for deeper, ongoing coaching work.
Benefits
Participants and organisations will gain:
-
Clarity on what Social Leadership is (and isn’t)
