Description

Modern life often keeps people operating on autopilot — constantly thinking, reacting, and performing, while losing connection with their bodies and emotional states. This workshop offers a practical and accessible way to pause, reconnect, and reset from a somatic and emotional awareness perspective.

Through guided body awareness, gentle reflection, and simple regulation practices, participants learn how stress and emotional overload show up physically, and how to respond with awareness rather than suppression. The session does not require sharing personal stories and is designed to feel safe, inclusive, and grounded.

This experience introduces participants to Somatic Emotional Introspection, a body-centered approach that helps individuals reconnect with internal signals, regulate their nervous system, and restore clarity and presence — skills that are essential for wellbeing, focus, and healthy relationships.

No prior experience with meditation or bodywork is required.

About the Host

I am a wellness coach and facilitator with a background in law, emotional regulation, and somatic, trauma-informed approaches to well-being. My professional path began in constitutional law and human rights, where I gained deep insight into the emotional dimensions underlying stress, conflict, and burnout. This experience led me to transition into wellness and personal development work. Through my own healing process and professional training, I developed an approach called Somatic Emotional Introspection, which integrates somatic awareness, emotional literacy, and neuroscience-informed principles. My work focuses on helping individuals understand how stress and emotional overload manifest in the body, and how to develop sustainable self-regulation and resilience. I facilitate individual sessions, group workshops, and retreats centered on stress management, emotional awareness, and embodied mindfulness. My approach is experiential, reflective, and non-clinical, with strong ethical boundaries and a focus on safety and responsibility.
