Workshop

Description

Colleen is trained in Bert Hellinger’s Systemic Constellation approach, which explores the often-unseen dynamics of the systems we live and work in. Just as we forget the air around us, we can lose awareness of the systems and roles that shape our behaviour and relationships.
In this workshop, delegates use creative props to represent roles within a system, making hidden dynamics visible. This process reveals new perspectives, deepens understanding, and provides more accurate insight into complex situations. The result is greater clarity, stronger team integration, and fresh pathways for organisational growth and development.

Benefits

A constellation makes the invisible visible, revealing hidden dynamics in relationships, teams, and organisations. By externalising these patterns, participants gain:
Clarity on complex issues and underlying causes of tension or blockages.
New perspectives that open up fresh options and solutions.
Deeper self-awareness of their role within the system and its impact.
Improved relationships through greater empathy and understanding of others’ positions.
Alignment and integration, helping teams and individuals move forward with focus and coherence.
Constellations provide a powerful way to unlock insight, resolve challenges, and create sustainable change in both personal and professional contexts.
