Workshop

Description

A highly interactive experience using voice, rhythm, and guided improvisation to develop real-time listening, adaptability, and collaborative intelligence.

Drawing from ensemble-based practices and circle singing (inspired by Bobby McFerrin), participants engage in simple, accessible group exercises that reveal how attention, responsiveness, and trust shape collective outcomes.

No musical experience is required—this is not about performance, but about how individuals listen, respond, and co-create in dynamic environments.

Participants experience collaboration as a live system—where every action influences the whole.

Hosted by Tonya (TBird Luv) Ridgely

About the Host

I’m TBird (Tonya Ridgely), a relational systems facilitator and experience architect specializing in leadership, culture, and team dynamics. For over 20 years, I’ve worked with leaders and organizations globally to address the layer most teams struggle to resolve directly: trust, communication, and relational alignment. My work focuses on what’s happening beneath the surface—how people interact, where tension is avoided, and what prevents teams from collaborating effectively. I design structured, experiential sessions that create immediate, felt shifts in how teams relate and operate. Participants don’t just gain insight—they experience real-time changes in trust, clarity, and communication. My approach integrates somatic awareness, relational intelligence, and systems thinking, translated into practical, accessible experiences that work inside corporate environments. I specialize in helping teams move from surface-level interaction to meaningful collaboration—quickly, safely, and with lasting impact.
