
I’m TBird (Tonya Ridgely), a relational systems facilitator and experience architect specializing in leadership, culture, and team dynamics. For over 20 years, I’ve worked with leaders and organizations globally to address the layer most teams struggle to resolve directly: trust, communication, and relational alignment. My work focuses on what’s happening beneath the surface—how people interact, where tension is avoided, and what prevents teams from collaborating effectively.
