Description
Welcome to The Pause Practice. This is a gentle session that blends mindful movement, breath, and a guided rest practice called NSDR, traditionally known as Yoga Nidra. It’s an opportunity to slow down, release tension, and give the nervous system space to settle and restore.
Participants are guided through slow, mindful movement to release physical tension and reconnect with the body, followed by breath-based techniques that encourage calm and presence. The session concludes with a guided NSDR / Yoga Nidra practice, allowing the nervous system to shift out of stress and into a state of deep rest—supporting clarity, emotional balance, and renewed energy.
In workplace and team settings, The Pause Practice offers a practical and grounding way to counter mental fatigue, reduce stress, and enhance focus and resilience. By creating intentional space to pause and reset, participants are better able to return to their work with greater presence, self-awareness, and ease in communication and collaboration.
This session is inclusive and accessible to all levels of experience, with options offered throughout to accommodate different bodies and comfort levels.
