Workshop
Description
This is a fun, practical, and highly actionable nutrition and meal prep experience designed to help busy employees eat better with less stress and way less time in the kitchen. Attendees are guided through a simple “meal system” that replaces overwhelm with repeatable templates.
What I’ll offer in this session:
-
A simple meal framework employees can repeat weekly: protein + fiber + fats + carbs
-
A live cooking demo featuring time-saving kitchen shortcuts (air fryer, Instant Pot-style, rice-cooker, oven, all approachable options)
-
How to prep 2–3 mix-and-match bases that can turn into multiple meals (cook once and eat all week)
-
A realistic “I'm hangry” option for busy workdays (quick meals + snack-meals that actually satisfy)
-
Grocery strategy that saves time: smart staples, shortcuts (frozen/pre-cut) and a simple list system
-
Live Q&A + troubleshooting for real-life schedules, picky eaters, and low cooking confidence
Take-home tools included: a 1-page cheat sheet + meal template + grocery list guide (so it’s easy to follow through).
Benefits
- More stable energy during the workday (avoid 3p crash)
- Less decision fatigue around meals
- Time savings from batch cooking + smarter grocery routine
- Increased confidence using appliances + meal templates
- Building consistency with healthier habits that feel doable
Additional Experience Info
Cooking demo setup: 6–8 ft demo table + nearby outlets required.
Mic required for 25+ attendees (wireless lav preferred).
(for visibility, projector + screen or TV monitor (HDMI) or overhead demo camera strongly recommended for larger groups, but not required)

About the Host
I’m Jessica, a nutrition coach and wellness educator helping busy people eat well without spending hours in the kitchen. I teach simple meal prep systems that cut cooking time in half, keep meals satisfying, and make healthy eating feel realistic for your schedule. I teach using time saving tools like the Instant Pot, air fryer and rice cooker to prepare quality meals.
Before wellness, I built my career in hospitality and event leadership, including Forbes recognized properties and developed trainings, sequence of service and standards that were adopted across global teams. That background shaped how I teach today: organized, supportive and focused on practicality.
Since the pandemic, I intentionally took time to raise my young children while earning certifications to support my transition into health and wellness, including Certified Health Coach, Certified Nutrition Coach (International Sports Sciences Association), and CrossFit Level 1 Trainer.
