Workshop
Description
This workshop will introduce fundamentals of trans and intergenerational trauma from different perspectives: epigenetics and changes due to external factors, psycho-trauma biography, collective trauma and its causes. Each participant will also learn how to recognize transgenerational trauma and what pathways can be accessed to heal it and bring a sense of wholeness and health to their own life. Theory will be blended with practical exercises, held individually or with the group.
Benefits
The workshop will increase awareness about the ways trans and intergenerational trauma propagates and manifests and also will offer insights and practical suggestions about ways to heal it. It will also support a better connection with the lineage of past generations and acknowledgments of their own traumas that have been transmitted over time. Thus new insights, releases and embodiment states will be possible, ultimately making room for self-acceptance and healing of damaging patterns and beliefs.
Additional Experience Info
I suggest that the participants access the zoom platform individually from their own device so I can split them, when necessary, in groups using breakout rooms.
