Description

A fun and interactive chocolate tasting session where participants explore cacao and chocolate from the deep jungles of the Amazon through lush tropical regions of South America, volcanic landscapes of the Caribbean, Africa and South-East Asia. No passport needed, only curiosity and openness, and a willingness to go on a flavour adventure together.

During the tasting, participants can explore the flavour complexity of cacao from various origins, and craft chocolates made by small-batch chocolate makers working with ethically and sustainably sourced cacao beans.

About the Host

A 13-year expert in craft chocolate in international settings and in multiple languages. Professional experience in chocolate making and hosting chocolate tasting workshops from small groups up to 100 people in-person and online.
Level 2 Certified chocolate taster (IICCT) and International Chocolate Awards regular judge since 2021, European Grand Jury member since 2026.
Focusing on mindfulness, sensory activation, helping people releasing emotional guilt around chocolate, educating people about the health benefits of cacao and dark chocolate, specialising in dairy-free (vegan) chocolates, ethically and sustainably sourced chocolates with a fascinating story and transparency.
Offering tasting sessions with various angles: history of cacao and chocolate, specific origins or holiday themes, Taste with Colour - intuitive and creative session with watercolour painting, fun and interactive sessions for kids and adults.
