About the Host

I design and lead movement-based retreat experiences for corporate teams — focused on stress regulation, physical presence, and
sustainable performance.

My background sits at an unusual intersection: 15 years as a professional dancer and choreographer, followed by seven years designing and delivering wellness programs for companies, hotels,
and universities across Europe and the Gulf. I have led corporate yoga and wellbeing programs for Crowne Plaza, Berlin Packaging,
and Ironman athletes, and taught body language and movement at Sciences Po in France.

I work in English, French, and Arabic, which makes my sessions genuinely accessible across multinational and MENA-based teams.

What I bring to retreats is not a generic wellness format. It is a structured, movement-led experience that helps teams decompress,
reconnect with their bodies, and return to work with more clarity and less tension — without anything feeling forced or unfamiliar.
