Supported by 20 years of embodied movement practice, including 15 years of Latin and ballroom dance at competitive level, alongside contemporary, jazz, and theatre dance experience, developing a refined understanding of posture, presence, and non-verbal communication. Strong background in corporate operations, events management, and academic instruction, integrating movement education, stress regulation, and body language to enhance performance, resilience, and sustainable wellbeing in professional and educational environments.
