This introductory session helps teams and leaders better understand individual preferences, motivation drivers, and collaboration styles — and how these differences can be intentionally leveraged to improve performance and innovation.
Personality diversity is often present in teams but underutilised. Misunderstood preferences can lead to friction, miscommunication, or disengagement. When understood and applied with care, those same differences become a powerful asset for creativity, problem-solving, and team cohesion.
In this 120-minute session, participants are introduced to a personality preferences framework that creates a shared language for understanding how people think, communicate, decide, and contribute. The focus is not labelling or judging, but increasing self-awareness and mutual understanding.
