Description

A creative mindfulness experience for de-stress, focus & mental clarity

An art-based wellbeing session designed to help participants step away from screens and slow down through gentle, analogue creative practice. This experience focuses on simple, calming processes that support de-stressing, attention, and presence.

Participants work individually using watercolour paper and accessible materials such as watercolour pencils, water, pens, and paper, guided by a sequence of visual and written prompts. These prompts encourage rhythmic making, light reflection, and intuitive mark-making, without pressure to produce finished artwork.

The emphasis is on process rather than outcome, allowing participants to settle their attention and reconnect with a quieter, more focused way of working. No artistic experience is required.

At the end of the session, there is a short, optional reflection focused on what participants noticed during the experience.
