A Berlin-based creative facilitator, Harriet is the founder of little art — a mobile creative studio offering thoughtful, analogue creative experiences for teams and organisations.
Her work combines visual art, creative mindfulness, and improvisation to help people step away from screens and reconnect with creativity, curiosity, inner playfulness, and presence. Sessions are inclusive, process-led, and hands-on, supporting focus, communication, and meaningful human connection. No prior art or performance experience is required.
With over 20 years’ experience as an art educator and former Director of Visual Arts & Design, Harriet is also a trained Transformational Life & Mindfulness Coach and active improv performer. She brings a distinctive mix of structure and spontaneity, using improv-based practices to develop deep listening, adaptability, confidence, and psychological safety.
She has designed and delivered creative and improv-infused workshops for organisations including Google, Zalando, and HelloFresh, alongside schools and cultural organisations.
As a freelance Culturist with Culture Vitale, she offers human-centred creative facilitation aligned with culture, wellbeing, and development.
