About the Host

My journey into Health & Wellbeing began after becoming a mother and realising how stress, work, and mental load were taking a toll on my life. What started as a small work project on Wellbeing soon grew into a passion, revealing my creativity, curiosity, and purpose. Today, I help women build resilience, navigate stress, and embrace holistic wellbeing, supported by my certifications in Wellness Coaching, Mental Health First Aid, and diploma in Menopause Wellness Coaching.
