Description
This is an engaging, down-to-earth workshop that demystifies yoga and shows how ancient practices can improve everyday performance, focus, and wellbeing at work.
The session unfolds in four parts:
1) Introduction and Setting Up Context & Intention (20 min)
Participants are guided through:
- What stress does to the brain and body (in simple, visual terms)
- How the nervous system works (fight/flight vs. rest/restore)
- Fun facts: The data that will change your day
- How Yoga (and somatic practices in general) can help us feel better, think clearer, and even get bolder ideas!
No preach, no heavy science — just some good food for thoughts, and fresh perspectives on how an ancient wisdom from the other side of the planet still is so relevant in our fast-paced modern organisations.
2) Group Brainstorm (15 min)
We learn when we engage, confront, reflect, discuss, agree and disagree. Time for facilitated small group discussions on:
- What does wellbeing at work mean for each and one of us?
- How does the head feels on the workplace, and how about the body?
3) Practical ToolBox (45 min)
Participants are guided through:
- Taking care of our bodies and fighting the lower back pain epidemic: Simple Yoga-inspired seated or standing movements that no one will notice at work
- Focus en presence enhancing breath practices: Say hello to your new best friend before any meeting or presentation!
- How about when stress really kicks in? A short, grounded body awareness practice, and why is works
4) Reflection & integration (10 min)
Light, voluntary sharing:
- “What is your take away from the session?”
- “Any micro-habit you could implement today to improve your balance and wellbeing at work?”
Practical reflection, micro-habits, serious impact!
Benefits
- Practical tools for self-care at work
- Reduced stress and mental overload
- Better focus and clarity in meetings
- Improved energy and posture
- Increased engagement and morale

About the Host
I am a facilitator and educator with many years of experience teaching yoga, breathwork, and meditation. Grounded in Eastern embodied traditions, I now bridge these practices with contemporary neuroscience and research on stress, the nervous system, and wellbeing.
Drawing on my background in cultural project management, education, and somatic practice, I design accessible workshops that translate both ancient wisdom and scientific insights into simple, practical tools for everyday work life.
My approach combines gentle embodied experience with evidence-based learning to support self-care, psychological safety, clearer communication, and sustainable performance. Participants leave with greater calm, focus, and confidence — and with practices they can immediately use at their desk, in meetings, or in moments of pressure.
Certifications & Credentials
Lifelong learner and upskiller, I received certifications in yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, cognitive and behavioral therapy, sophrology, and extensively trained in embodied leadership, stress management and emotional intelligence.
Past Clients
I worked on multiple group workshops and retreats and with psychologists from Aalborg Hospital wishing to include somatic and mindfulness to support their patients' recovery.
