
I come from a family where yoga has always been a powerful tool for wellbeing. After studying and working as a lawyer for six years, I decided during the pandemic to follow a more meaningful path and trained as a yoga and meditation teacher. Since then, I’ve traveled twice to Nepal to deepen my knowledge of this ancient practice and sound healing, and I’ve taught in both Australia and Spain. Today, I’m passionate about sharing wellness practices that help people reconnect with themselves, find balance, and live with intention.
