I am a UCL-trained Child Development and Psychology specialist (BPS-accredited) and CPD-certified ADHD Coach, with a practice focused on making complex ideas practical, accessible, and genuinely useful in everyday settings. Alongside this, I bring over a decade of experience as a creative practitioner and events facilitator. I am an origami artist, having first learned and immersed myself in the practice in Japan over 14 years ago. Since 2015, I have delivered workshops and experiences across the corporate and cultural sectors, working with organisations including Spotify UK, Hyper Japan, Comic Con, King’s College London, Liberty London, and a range of corporate offices and private clients. My origami workshops are designed as more than creative sessions. They are structured as flow-based experiences, guiding participants into a state of focused immersion where attention stabilises, mental clutter reduces, and creative thinking opens up. Through the process of paper folding, participants engage multiple areas of the brain simultaneously: supporting coordination, pattern recognition, and problem-solving, while also encouraging a shift away from habitual thinking. This combination not only promotes calm and clarity in the moment, but also supports neuroplasticity: helping the brain form new connections, build flexibility, and approach challenges in different ways. As a result, origami becomes a powerful tool for reducing overthinking, improving focus, and encouraging adaptability. Drawing on my background in coaching, I am highly skilled at guiding groups of all sizes and abilities, breaking down techniques in a way that feels intuitive, inclusive, and enjoyable. My sessions are accessible to complete beginners while still offering enough depth to engage those who enjoy creative challenge. I particularly value the human moments that emerge through this work. One of my most memorable experiences was during a team-building session where I created a bespoke origami model of an employee’s dog, something that held deep personal meaning and left a lasting emotional impact. These moments reflect what I aim to create in every session: experiences that are thoughtful, memorable, and genuinely connecting. Across my work, I am passionate about creating environments where people feel engaged, supported, and able to think differently. Whether through origami workshops or broader wellbeing-led sessions, my aim is to deliver experiences that are both meaningful and easy to apply beyond the session itself.
