Amanda K. Rue is the founder of Alaya Rose, a healing and coaching practice dedicated to helping individuals and organizations reconnect with presence, power, and each other. With a background spanning 15+ years in media and brand strategy, energy healing, somatic facilitation, intimacy coaching, and consent-forward workplace education, she designs experiences that create real and lasting shifts… in how people feel in their bodies, how they show up in rooms, and how they relate to the people around them.
Across her sessions, retreats, and keynotes, Amanda guides groups through experiences that restore nervous system regulation, deepen emotional intelligence, and unlock the kind of presence that actually changes how teams function. Whether through Reiki, guided meditation, or embodied facilitation, her approach is both deeply grounding and immediately applicable. The result isn't just a better workday. It's a different relationship to work entirely. She has been featured in Forbes, Allure, Cosmopolitan, Harper's Bazaar, ABC News, and Bustle, and received the Liberation Award in 2022. She holds an M.A. in Brand Management from VCU Brandcenter, is a Usui Reiki Master Teacher (Level IV) and is working toward becoming a certified Intimacy Coordinator.
