For the past fifteen years, I’ve supported people across government, law, financial services, healthcare, defence, software development and sales, and other commercial sectors in the US, UK and Europe. I’ve run my own business, worked in IT recruitment and sales, and understand the real-world pressures of high-stakes delivery. What makes my work different is how I combine strategic thinking with deep awareness of how pressure affects people mentally, emotionally, and physically. I bring together insights from somatic practices such as breath-work, Five Element Theory, martial arts, cognitive hypnotherapy, and NLP, alongside diagnostics tools like the iEQ9 Enneagram. The iEQ9 Enneagram helps people better understand their inherent leadership style, recognise blind spots and focus their development in ways that are implementable, sustainable, and effective. Co-wrote, produced, and directed three virtual company workshops and two plays with 11 actors, and 400+ audience attendees with excellent reviews (2021). • Delivered UK national leadership change programmes for Department of Transport, National Crime Agency, HMRC, DVSA and BorderForce (2014- 2016). • Appointed by Somek & Associates to facilitate corporate vision, values and competencies workshops (2016 – 2017). • Keynote Speaker at Bridge Conference on Employee Engagement: “Resilience isn’t Working, What’s Next?” (2017). • Created Self Care Wellness Programme for NHS England Staff (2016). • Chaired a series of away-days NHS England on Engagement for 175 staff (2016). • Delivered special senior leadership masterclasses across UK and Northern Ireland to introduce new Performance Management System for the National Crime Agency (2016). • Designed and facilitated an away-day event for UK Scientists DECC (2015).
