I’m a trilingual facilitator, coach, and trainer specialising in mindfulness, healthy productivity, and self-leadership. After more than 20 years working in international corporate environments, I now help professionals and teams recharge, reduce stress, and reconnect with what really matters through experiential learning. My sessions combine calm, reflection, and practical action — creating a space for awareness, creativity, and energy. I’ve delivered workshops and vitality sessions for organisations such as Telefónica, the Madrid Chamber of Commerce, EWMD, and Women@Bosch, both in-person and online. I’m based in Spain and passionate about bringing more balance, focus, and vitality into today’s workplaces.
