Hi, I am Lena, and I help individuals, founders, and teams create more clarity in communication — especially in situations involving growth, complexity, change, cross-cultural dynamics, or recurring interpersonal friction. My work combines communication strategy, people development, emotional intelligence, and organizational insight to support both human and business outcomes. Areas of work include: communication strategy and internal communication culture and people development initiatives leadership and team communication coaching for communication, resilience, and meta skills support for founders, start-ups, and scale-ups in phases of change and growth cross-functional alignment across business, operations, and people topics I have also contributed to projects related to sustainability, long-term business resilience, and future-oriented strategic thinking — helping clients evaluate ideas, partnerships, and initiatives through both human and systemic lenses. I work in English and Russian across international environments. Programs in German are in progress.
