As a clinical psychologist with 24 years of experience as a therapist and facilitator, I am deeply committed to individual and collective socio-emotional well-being. In addition to my private practice, I work with groups in schools, organizations, and open community settings, offering evidence-based tools for socio-emotional development. I personalize each program according to the specific needs of my clients, grounding my work in scientific research and contemplative practices. I hold a Master’s degree in Psychopedagogy and am a certified instructor in socio-emotional skills training (Atentamente Consultores), a certified mindfulness instructor by the International Mindfulness Teachers Association, and soon to be a MMTCP graduate (Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program). I am also an instructor with Global Dignity Mexico and a certified meditation teacher by Tibet House New York. I have over two decades of experience as the creator and facilitator of socio-emotional development programs. For the past 14 years, I have studied and practiced mindfulness and other contemplative practices on a daily basis.
