Emeli Ericsson

Emeli Ericsson is a writer, designer, meditation guide, and certified life coach based in Stockholm, Sweden. She is the founder of A Conscious Space, where she supports individuals, purpose-driven organizations, and brands in cultivating inner guidance, self-leadership, creativity, presence, and sustainable wellbeing.

For more than a decade, journaling and meditation have been at the heart of both her personal practice and professional work. Today, Emeli creates contemplative experiences that help people reconnect with their inner guidance, reduce stress, cultivate self-leadership, and live with greater presence and creativity. Through meditation, mindful movement, reflective writing, visualization, and workshops, she creates spaces for meaningful reflection, embodied learning, and lasting transformation.

Her work is informed by a background in conscious design, holistic coaching, and Reiki, bringing together practical tools and contemplative practices to inspire more intentional ways of living and working.

Emeli guides hundreds of meditators each month on Insight Timer, has contributed to MindBodyGreen, and is a recurring speaker at Unicorn Summit in Europe and South America.
