Eric Mahleb is a coach, trainer, and mental health practitioner with over 25 years of experience helping individuals, leaders, and organizations navigate stress, pressure, and change. A former change consultant and innovation strategist, he blends real-world insight with evidence-based tools to support high-functioning professionals and teams under pressure. Eric’s approach integrates neuroscience, psychology, and coaching, drawing, among others, on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), emotional intelligence, and nervous system regulation. His work is rooted not only in science, but also in lived experience. Over the course of his career, Eric experienced two severe burnouts, giving him firsthand insight into what chronic stress can do physically, mentally, and emotionally. Those experiences deeply shaped his mission: to help others recognize the early signs of stress, reset their relationship to it, build lasting resilience and make meaningful change while staying true to who they are. He works fluently in English, German, and French, and is the creator of The Positive Stress Mindset, an online resilience training for individuals and organizations. He is also a featured co-author of Peak Performance Mindset: Tools for Busy Managers (available on Amazon), where he presents his signature approach to harnessing stress as a driver of resilience and performance.
