I am Eulalia Codipietro, a neuroscience-informed coach and human-centered consultant working at the intersection of leadership, human transformation, creativity, sustainable performance and organisational culture.
As the founder of MoveToJoy, I bring together more than 20 years of experience in finance, consulting, and organisational transformation with expertise in coaching, emotional intelligence, resilience, and creative intelligence. Having worked within complex corporate environments, I understand the challenges leaders and organisations face when balancing performance, change, and human potential.
Throughout my professional journey, I have collaborated across diverse international cultures, including Japanese, Canadian, British, American, French, Belgian, and Swiss business environments. These experiences have shaped my understanding of how cultural values, communication styles, leadership expectations, and ways of working influence collaboration, trust, and organisational effectiveness.
I help leaders and organisations unlock sustainable human performance through leadership, cultural intelligence, neuroscience, and creativity. To this extent, my mission is to help leaders, teams, and organisations transform pressure into clarity, confidence, and meaningful impact. Through an integrated approach combining neuroscience, coaching, cultural intelligence, and cross-disciplinary thinking, I support people in developing greater self-awareness, adaptability, collaboration, and sustainable high performance.
I am recognised for my ability to connect different fields of expertise and “see what others miss”—bringing together strategic thinking, human insight, cultural awareness, and creative perspectives to unlock new possibilities.
My work is guided by the 5E Framework to Excellence (Enjoy, Empower, Express, Engage, Expand), a structured methodology designed to support personal growth, leadership development, and organisational transformation. It is enriched by my lifelong engagement with the arts, which I use as a powerful pathway to foster creativity, cognitive flexibility, innovation, and flow.
Alongside my professional journey, I am a semi-professional Argentine tango dancer, visual artist, and writer. My creative work has been recognised internationally, including distinctions from the Luxembourg Art Prize (2025) and the International Brera Art Prize (2026), and my contribution as a co-author of Unlocking Success, a best-selling book published in 2025.
I believe organisations do not need to choose between performance and well-being. When people are aligned, engaged, and empowered, performance and human flourishing reinforce each other—creating cultures where individuals and organisations can thrive together.
