I’m a multidisciplinary person, with various experiences, activating for the past 12 years in an international environment, mostly in English. I worked in organisations (private, NGOs) as Project Manager, Recruiter and People Development Specialist and I managed to develop my skills: while being very organised, I enjoy spontaneity and improvisation (that’s why I took also theatre improvisation classes). My degrees are in Business administration and psychology, thus I worked well with developing skills in other professionals and redirect them to find their inner strengths and likes in order to excel not only for themselves but also for their employer and be able to propose bold and creative ideas to their clients. I adore enabling others and have this innate intuition and skill in seeing the potential and possibilities in other people and guiding them on their path. This can be done through interactive workshops, via facilitated games, and on-on-one, but also through somatic dance. I look forward to connecting with people, so they can remember their power and dreams.
