I come from a background in Learning & Development, HR, and education, with over 8 years of international experience across different environments. I hold a Master’s degree in Leadership & HR Management from Germany and a CIPD certification from the UK. Over the years, my work has been very people-focused. I’ve designed and facilitated training sessions, worked closely with diverse teams, and supported individuals in developing their communication, confidence, and overall approach to work. I’ve also been involved in global mentorship programs, where I support people from different countries in their career direction and personal growth. Through this, I’ve had the chance to work with individuals from over 140 countries and was recognized among the Top 100 mentors globally. What I enjoy most is creating spaces where people feel comfortable to open up, reflect, and connect with each other. My sessions are usually interactive and practical, rather than theoretical. I try to keep things simple, relatable, and useful for real-life situations. Currently, I’m working on a large international project where I lead training initiatives and collaborate with different teams and facilitators. This has helped me better understand how to engage groups, manage energy in a room, and create meaningful learning experiences. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active , especially hiking, traveling, running, and playing frisbee. I’m interested in Culture Vitale because I really like the idea of creating experiences. I believe people remember how they feel, and I’d love to contribute by creating sessions where participants feel more connected, confident, and present.
