Somatic Wellbeing & Movement Experiences
Pilates Mat · Somatic Movement · Creative Movement & Dance · Nervous System Regulation · Emotional Intelligence · Embodied Leadership
I facilitate experiential wellbeing and development sessions combining : somatic practice, nervous system regulation, embodied movement, creative exploration, and emotional intelligence.
My professional background in integrative psychotherapy and somatic practice informs the way I work with stress, emotional processes, nervous system regulation, relational dynamics, and embodied awareness. This therapeutic foundation is translated into accessible, experiential formats designed for workplace and group settings — without turning the sessions themselves into therapy.
Movement is a central thread throughout my work. Through Pilates, somatic practices, creative movement, breath, body awareness, reflection, and relational exercises, I create experiences where participants can reconnect with their bodies, regulate stress, explore new ways of responding, and develop practical resources they can integrate into everyday life and work.
Sessions can support : stress regulation, resilience, sustainable energy, emotional awareness, creativity, team connection, confidence, and leadership presence.
Professional Background
My work draws on a multidisciplinary background in integrative psychotherapy, somatic practice, movement, Pilates, creative dance and group facilitation.
I bring a trauma-informed and nervous-system-aware perspective to my facilitation, with particular attention to how physical, emotional, relational, and environmental factors influence wellbeing and the way we relate, communicate, and perform under pressure.
This allows me to bridge psychological understanding with direct embodied experience — making concepts such as emotional regulation, boundaries, resilience, presence, and stress recovery tangible and practical.
