
I am a culinary creator working at the intersection of food, culture, and well-being. With an international background spanning Mexico, Thailand, and France, my path has been shaped by years of hands-on experience in kitchens, private dining, and culinary projects rooted in cultural exchange. I approach food not only as a craft or a pleasure, but as a living element that deeply influences how we feel, think, and live. Over the years, I have created and led restaurants, pop-ups, and private dining experiences, while developing a more intimate and conscious relationship with food — from sourcing and seasonality to preparation and sharing. These experiences have allowed me to witness, again and again, the profound impact food can have on people when it is prepared with care, integrity, and intention. At the heart of my work today are private dinners, culinary experiences, and one-on-one coaching, where food becomes a gateway to well-being. I focus on the real effects of what we eat — mentally, emotionally, physically, physiologically, and hormonally — and on how awareness around food choices, quality, and origins can support balance and vitality. Beyond flavor and creativity, my work places strong emphasis on responsible sourcing, clean ingredients, and respect for the food chain, from its origin to the moment it is consumed. Alongside this, I also explore food as a medium for connection and reflection, creating moments where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and experience food as something nourishing on multiple levels.
