I'm a writer and workshop facilitator specialising in analog reflective experiences for lifestyle, wellness, and corporate audiences. Community is central to how I design and deliver every experience: reflecting together builds conscious connection in a way that can't be replicated by other formats. Recent work includes the Soho House Journaling Club – founded by me (last session fully booked in 10 minutes); a guided journaling experience for TikTok Germany's Women in Tech event; and a pop-up series at LAP Coffee Berlin with 81 sign-ups for 15 spots. I propose an extended guided reflection experience of 90 minutes to half a day, built around sequenced reflection sessions. Each session moves participants through a different layer – from surface-level clarity to deeper intention-setting – with writing time, optional sharing, and structured pauses built in. The format works well as an anchor experience within a larger wellness afternoon, or as a standalone team or community event. In-person analog experiences are increasingly sought after by brands and organisations looking to offer something genuinely differentiated. Unlike passive wellness formats, it produces a tangible output and provides welcome relief from tech fatigue; participants leave with clarity they didn't have before. This reflects strongly on the brand that created space for their community in such a meaningful way – building trust, promoting word-of-mouth growth, and generating positive PR.
