
I am a Finland-based clinical hypnotherapist, relaxation instructor and speaker with a background in hypnosis, meditation, stress recovery and sleep support.
In addition to my work in wellbeing, I have a long professional background in music as a performing singer, as well as in voice work and the dubbing industry, including voice acting, translating, directing and producing. This experience has given me strong skills in guiding groups, using voice effectively, creating immersive experiences and helping people feel safe, calm and engaged.
In my talks and presentations, I often explain what hypnosis is not and what hypnotherapy actually means in practice. I work with both individuals and groups through guided hypnosis, meditation, breathing exercises and nervous system regulation tools. My sessions are designed to be practical, approachable and suitable also for people who may be new to these methods.
For corporate settings, I can offer sessions around topics such as stress recovery, better sleep, calming the nervous system, focus, relaxation and mental recovery. My style is warm, clear and professional, and I enjoy helping people slow down, reconnect and leave with something they can genuinely use in their everyday lives.
I prefer to work in Finnish, but I can use also English as a working language when needed. I also speak some Swedish and Portuguese.
I am interested in collaborating on both in-person and online sessions across Finland and other parts of Europe.
