
Mohseena Parveen is a mindfulness and wellbeing facilitator specialising in evidence-informed mindfulness, workplace wellbeing, mindful movement, positive psychology and laughter-based wellbeing experiences.
She is a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher trained with the UC San Diego Center for Mindfulness and has taught mindfulness programmes for adults and organisations, including through Singapore Management University. She is also trained to teach mindfulness in schools through the Mindfulness in Schools Project (MiSP).
Alongside mindfulness, Mohseena is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, a Certified Laughter Yoga Teacher, Positive Psychology Practitioner and certified ACLP trainer. Her additional training includes Basic Exercise Science, NREP registration and MOE trainer qualification.
With a background in architecture and media, she brings a creative and communication-focused perspective to her facilitation. Her sessions combine practical learning with experiential practices, creating warm, inclusive spaces where participants can pause, reconnect and develop practical tools for everyday wellbeing.
She works with workplaces, schools, community groups and families, and designs both standalone wellbeing experiences and customised programmes.
