Client Requirements
I require a quiet and private space (indoor or outdoor) with enough room for participants to move freely. Access to sound equipment (Bluetooth speaker) is needed, and for groups over 15 participants, a microphone is preferred. A short pre-meeting is recommended to align expectations and group needs.
