About Peter

Peter has worked as a facilitator and coach of leadership development since 1992 in over 35 countries around the world. His approach is grounded in the experience of leading and training teams in the British Army, in the business world, on the mountains and on the sports field. It blends practical experience, research and study with the values that have influenced and shaped his own way of life. It balances the challenge, discipline and drive of the military and sporting world and the sensitivity and intuition from his mystical studies. He has worked as a programme director and is a lead coach at London Business School and designs and teaches on Executive Education programmes. He was a founder member of BP’s Global Leadership Faculty and an associate with The Leadership Foundation for Higher Education (UK). He is qualified as a business performance coach, has qualified as a coach in 3 major sports, has a diploma in sports psychology and is trained and accredited in the use of a variety of psychological models. He is also a Reiki Master and has a post-graduate certificate in spiritual development and facilitation.
