Peter has worked with leading organisations across the UK, Europe, the US and Australia, blending academic insight with practical, grounded support. His approach is shaped by psychological and behavioural science, enriched by international experience, and rooted in the belief that leadership and wellbeing are inseparable.
Peter has helped clients across sectors –from government and finance to mining, education, healthcare and professional sport – build resilience, strengthen culture, and lead with greater clarity and impact.
His postgraduate research at the University of Melbourne explored how leadership culture impacts team wellbeing – an integral cornerstone of Lead-Well’s work today.
