Swiss Tales Masters is a company of professional game masters. We run tabletop roleplaying adventures — the pen-and-paper kind, with dice and a storyteller — as team building for companies, and as private evenings for groups of friends and families.
There is no board, no score, and nobody wins. A game master sets a scene, fills it with people who want something, and asks your table what it does. What they answer becomes the story. No one needs to have played before: characters come written, the rules stay with the master, and ten minutes in, the table has forgotten it is playing.
For companies, this produces the most honest look a team can take at itself — who leads, who enables, where communication cracks under pressure — followed by an optional facilitated debrief and a short memo of what the table revealed. Confidential, constructive, never a judgment.
