
I’m Sabrina Ahmed a certified meditation coach, grief coach, and yoga instructor who designs and facilitates grounded, engaging wellness experiences that help people reconnect to themselves, regulate stress, and feel more present in their bodies. My work blends guided meditation, breathwork, nervous system regulation, and embodiment practices in a way that is warm, inclusive, and highly accessible for both beginners and experienced participants.
