Sami Rezig Emotional Intelligence & Client Connection Facilitator I spent over 15 years inside the world's most demanding luxury maisons – Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Burberry – leading client experience across the GCC. What I learned there wasn't in any training manual: the moments that build real loyalty are never about the product. They're about whether someone feels genuinely seen. I've coached hundreds of advisors on the subtle art of presence reading what a client needs before they say it, remembering what matters to them, and turning a transaction into a relationship that lasts. That expertise now lives in Velara, an AI coaching platform I founded to help teams develop emotional intelligence at scale. But the heart of my work has always been human, not digital. I facilitate sessions on emotional intelligence, empathy and genuine connection practical, experiential work that helps individuals and teams rediscover the confidence to connect authentically, in client-facing roles and beyond. Fluent in English, French and Arabic, I bring a cross-cultural lens shaped by years working across GCC and European markets.
