
Sha-En Yeo is a positive psychologist, coach and facilitator with over 14 years of experience supporting individuals, leaders and organisations to strengthen wellbeing, resilience and self-awareness. With a Master of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, she combines evidence-based psychology with a warm, practical and reflective approach. She has designed and facilitated wellbeing retreats, leadership programmes, workshops and coaching experiences for organisations across the public, education and corporate sectors, including VISA APAC, the Civil Service College and the Ministry of Education. Her work focuses on helping people slow down, reconnect with themselves, understand their inner world and make more intentional choices in how they live and work. Sha-En is also an experienced speaker and group facilitator, creating psychologically safe spaces that encourage honest reflection, meaningful conversation and practical change.
