Shinichiro Ikeda is a Berlin-based composer and sound artist and founder of Natural Immersive Sonic. His work focuses on creating immersive listening experiences using field recordings, analog and digital synthesizers, and spatial sound techniques. In his live performances, he creates calm and atmospheric sound environments that encourage deep listening and presence. His sound often moves between environmental textures, subtle electronic tones, and slowly evolving drones, transforming everyday sonic elements into immersive experiences. Ikeda has presented performances and sound works in cultural spaces and listening environments in Berlin, including listening sessions and immersive live performances. His practice also includes spatial sound installations using multichannel formats such as Dolby Atmos. Alongside his solo work, he is a member of the experimental trio iyi, creating ritual-inspired performances combining sound, movement, and visual elements. His sessions are designed to support focus, reflection, and connection, making them suitable for cultural gatherings, corporate events, and intimate listening environments.
