A creative mind with 2 years of experience working as a trainer/facilitator in Non Formal Education locally and internationally using participatory, interactive and innovative methods to engage my audience.
I have been involved in many Erasmus+ projects on various topics (Training for Trainers, creativity, inclusion, art therapy, Ecofeminism, animal ethics) in which I was able to develop and facilitate inclusive dancing workshops.
I have also a linguist and teaching background (English and Spanish)
As far as I remember, I have always danced since childhood and have learnt many forms of dances (Scottish, Bolivian, and 3 years of Belly dancing from where I still draw some inspiration).
Inclusive dancing however, gave me a new perception of how dancing activities can be lead and apprehended by a diversity of people whatever is your ability or level of dance experience.
Using creativity, exploration of movement in solo or group work, inclusive dancing is a perfect activity for team building, connecting people and boosting confidence and creativity among participants.
As a person with reduced mobility, I am dedicated to provide equal opportunities for all encouraging diversity, inclusion and playfulness through interactive non formal activities. I want to demonstrate that everybody can be creative and reach one’s potential!
