
I am a Wellbeing Facilitator, Life Coach and Yoga Teacher based in the Netherlands with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals and groups through movement, mindfulness, personal development and life transitions. I founded and managed my own yoga studio, leading classes, workshops, retreats and community events for women of different backgrounds and experience levels. My work combines yoga, coaching, mindfulness and wellbeing practices to help people reduce stress, build resilience, improve self-awareness and create more balance in their lives. I have experience facilitating group programs, retreats, women’s circles, online communities and personal development workshops. As a Ukrainian living in the Netherlands, I also bring a unique perspective on adaptation, resilience and navigating change. I work in English, Ukrainian and Russian, and I enjoy creating warm, engaging and inclusive experiences for diverse and international audiences.
