I am a professional artist with over 12 years of creative experience and 7 years of teaching practice. With a background in yoga, dance and theatre, I bring together artistic expression, movement, mindfulness, and emotional awareness to help people reconnect with their creativity and inner balance. I founded Creativity & Wellness Training to create a space where art becomes more than technique — it becomes a pathway to self-discovery, renewal, and wellbeing. In my sessions, I guide individuals and groups to explore their inner world through color, movement, and reflection. My mission is to remind people that creativity is not just a skill, but a way to restore harmony, joy, and presence in everyday life.
