About the Host
I am an artist and facilitator creating immersive sensory experiences where painting becomes a contemporary ritual of presence, emotional reset, and intuitive expression.
My work explores the intersection between visual art, somatic awareness, and emotional intelligence. I design spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with their inner landscape, and access a more instinctive form of creativity—beyond performance, control, or expectation.
Through guided rituals combining breath, movement, and intuitive painting, I invite individuals and groups into states of deep attention and release. Each experience is crafted as a refined yet accessible journey into sensation, silence, and creative flow.
I work with individuals, teams, and curated environments such as retreats, cultural spaces, and hospitality settings, offering moments that restore clarity, cohesion, and creative vitality.
My approach is minimal, embodied, and deeply human: art as a tool for reconnection, and creativity as a form of well-being.
