Description

Put aside your job role, become a hero of a movie. You choose a monologue/dialogue from your favorite movie (or get it by chance to be surprised). You do a warm up, study acting techniques, and immerse into the world of your character. Something new awakens in you. A mood, an idea, a quality you can take to the real world. You know what it's like to be true and free.

Benefits

These techniques are extremely helpful for leaders to tune their attention and listen to the partner. Public speakers will feel new colors in their emotional and voice range. It's beneficial for team building as people see each other from a different angle while acting.
