About the Host

A highly experienced Yoga Instructor and Master Oxygen Advantage® Coach with over a decade of experience supporting individuals and teams in building resilience, enhancing performance, and improving overall wellbeing. With specialist training in functional breathwork, Buteyko breathing, and airway health, I bring a clinical-level understanding of how breathing impacts stress, focus, and recovery. My work is informed by advanced studies in Myofunctional Therapy and a growing body of dental health knowledge, providing a unique, integrative approach. I’ve worked with executives, creatives, athletes, and young people, delivering tailored 1-to-1 coaching as well as group programs for schools and corporations. Whether guiding elite performers or supporting long-term wellbeing, my goal is to help individuals breathe better, move better, and live with more clarity and calm.
