Description

Breathwork is one of the most evidence-backed tools for stress regulation, mental clarity, and emotional resilience — and it requires zero equipment, zero experience, and zero time to see results. In this energising and immediately practical group session, Manisha leads participants through a curated sequence of breathwork techniques drawn from both ancient practice and modern neuroscience — adapted specifically for the corporate environment.

What happens in the session:

  • Brief education segment: how the breath directly controls the nervous system and stress response (science-backed, jargon-free)
  • Guided practice 1: Box Breathing (4-4-4-4) — a technique used by elite athletes and military leaders to regulate under pressure
  • Guided practice 2: Coherence Breathing — slow, rhythmic breath to reduce cortisol and improve focus
  • Guided practice 3: Energising Breath — a technique to increase alertness and mental clarity (ideal for mid-day slumps)
  • Group debrief: participants share what they noticed and discuss how/when to apply each technique
  • Participants leave with a 'Breathe to Lead' reference card with all three techniques to use independently
  • Can be delivered as a standalone session or as an opener/closer for a larger workshop or away-day
