Workshop

Description

A dynamic session focused on building presence and communicating your personal brand with authenticity and impact. Drawing on principles of performance and presentation, participants explore how storytelling, reflection, and embodied practice strengthen executive presence and reveal their “gold” — the values and strengths that define how they show up and connect.

Benefits

This interactive workshop blends performance techniques with mindful communication to help participants develop authentic executive presence. We begin with guided reflection to uncover each person’s unique “gold” — the values, strengths, and stories that define who they are. Through partner dialogue, movement, and voice exercises, participants explore how presence and storytelling shape connection and influence.

In the second half, attendees craft and share a short personal narrative that embodies their gold, receiving gentle facilitation and peer feedback to strengthen clarity, confidence, and resonance. By the end, participants leave with practical tools for showing up with ease and authenticity in presentations, meetings, and everyday communication.
