Workshop

Description

fully customisable session built around a theme chosen by the client — this might be a region, a value (resilience, belonging, ambition), an occasion (an anniversary, a new market launch, a DEI moment), or even a destination tied to an upcoming offsite. Around that theme, the facilitator draws flexibly from a toolkit of formats: short readings, guided storytelling, a writing prompt, language/cultural trivia, or discussion, to build a bespoke session tailored to the group's size, goals, and available time. No two sessions are the same; the format adapts to the theme and the audience, while the throughline of language, story, and culture stays constant.

Benefits

This format gives clients full ownership over relevance: a session themed around "resilience" ahead of a tough quarter lands very differently from one themed around "new beginnings" for an office relocation, and the client picks which conversation they actually need. It's especially well suited to companies who want something more bespoke than an off-the-shelf workshop, or who are pairing the session with a broader offsite theme and want full alignment. Because the format flexes, it also works across a wide range of group sizes and time slots, making it one of the most adaptable offerings on hand.
