Description

The workshop leads participants through a sequence of facilitated creative phases:

- Individual entry: Exploring color, gesture, and texture in a personal, low-pressure space.
- Cluster creation: Small groups merge ideas, textures, and mark-making strategies.
- Collective assembly: The group synthesizes individual and small-group contributions into a single, unified visual piece.

Throughout the process, the facilitator provides prompts that connect the creative act to themes of collaboration, patience, and team identity. The experience concludes with a light reflection ritual focusing on the finished work.
